PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The works consisted of a new 4500m2 two-storey building and associated site development works. Construction involved / included strip foundations, cavity block external walls, precast concrete hollowcore flooring, prefabricated roof trusses with a natural slate finish, Aluminium Windows, doors and curtain walling, PVC Roofing, Fibre Cement Rainscreen Cladding, Internal Joinery and Finishes, Mechanical, Electrical and Lift Installations. A Fit Out / Fitted Furniture contract was added to the project when it was nearing completion.
This project won Health Project of the Year in at The Irish Construction Industry Awards ceremony in May 2017
