New Convent for the Dominican Sisters, Taylor’s Hill, Galway City
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project works consisted of:
- The demolition of the existing convent building to the south of the site.
- The construction of a new single-storey convent building of circa 850m2 on the adjacent north-eastern part of the site.
- Associated site works, landscaping and modifications to public roads, pavements and planted margins.
The works included, Reinforced Concrete Structure, Structural Steel, Zinc Roofing, One Coat Self Coloured Render, Aluclad External Windows and Doors, Internal Finishes and Fit Out
